At Kveer Wood, we begin processing orders after payment confirmation. As many of our products are handcrafted, carved, customized, or made to order, cancellation eligibility may depend on the status of your order.

1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been dispatched or production has started.

To request cancellation, please contact Kveer Wood as soon as possible with your order number and registered contact details.

2. Customized & Made-to-Order Products

Customized, personalized, carved, or made-to-order products are specially prepared according to the customer's requirements.

Once production, carving, customization, or manufacturing has started, the order may not be eligible for cancellation or a full refund.

Any cancellation request for such products will be reviewed based on the current production status and costs already incurred.

3. Orders Already Dispatched

Orders that have already been dispatched generally cannot be cancelled.

If you no longer require the product after dispatch, please contact us. Any applicable return or refund will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Cancellation by Kveer Wood

Kveer Wood reserves the right to cancel an order in certain circumstances, including:

  • Product availability issues.

  • Incorrect or incomplete product information.

  • Pricing or technical errors on the website.

  • Shipping restrictions to the customer's location.

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If Kveer Wood cancels an order for which payment has already been received, an applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.

If your cancellation request is approved:

  • Refund processing time may depend on the payment gateway, bank, or financial institution.

  • Any non-refundable charges or costs already incurred may be deducted where applicable and legally permitted.
