All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Kveer Wood reserves the right to accept, cancel, or refuse any order when necessary.

3. Customized Products

Customized and personalized products are made according to the details provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all names, text, designs, measurements, and other customization details are correct before confirming the order.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

4. Pricing and Payments

All product prices and applicable charges will be communicated at the time of order. Kveer Wood reserves the right to update product prices without prior notice.

Orders may be processed only after the required payment or advance payment has been received.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, customization requirements, customer location, and courier services. Kveer Wood is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Cancellation and Returns

Cancellation and return eligibility may vary depending on the type of product and the stage of production. Customized or personalized products may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange once production has started, except in cases of damage or manufacturing defects.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, logos, product photographs, content, and branding associated with Kveer Wood are the property of Kveer Wood and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior permission.

9. Changes to Terms

Kveer Wood reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will become effective when published.
