Shipping Policy

At Kveer Wood, we carefully pack and ship our handcrafted wooden wall art, home décor, and furniture products to ensure they reach you safely.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Customized or made-to-order products may require additional processing time depending on the design, size, quantity, and customization requirements.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping/tracking details wherever tracking is available.

  • Processing time may be longer during festivals, holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • India: Approximately 3–10 business days

  • International Orders: Approximately 7–20 business days, depending on the destination country and shipping service.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, customs clearance, remote locations, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the product, package size, weight, delivery location, and shipping method.

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

  • For large, heavy, customized, or bulk orders, additional shipping charges may apply.

4. International Shipping

Kveer Wood may ship selected products to international destinations.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customs clearance may also cause additional delivery time.

5. Damaged Package / Product

We take great care in packaging our products. However, if your package arrives damaged:

  • Please take clear photos and/or videos of the outer package and product immediately upon delivery.

  • Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Keep the original packaging and shipping label until the issue has been resolved.

  • We may request photographs, videos, order details, and other information to investigate the damage.

If the damage is confirmed to have occurred during transit, Kveer Wood will review the case and, where applicable, provide a replacement, repair, or other appropriate resolution according to our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Wrong or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

  • Full name

  • House/Flat/Building number

  • Street/Area

  • City

  • State

  • PIN/Postal Code

  • Contact number

Kveer Wood is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

7. Delivery Attempts

Courier companies may make multiple delivery attempts. If an order is returned to us because the customer was unavailable, refused delivery, or provided an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping the order.

8. Delayed Delivery

Kveer Wood is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, public holidays, customs clearance, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

We will, however, assist customers in tracking their shipment and communicating with the shipping provider where possible.

9. Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be shared with the customer after dispatch.

Customers can use the tracking information provided to monitor the shipment status.

10. Bulk & Wholesale Orders

Shipping arrangements for bulk, wholesale, export, and large furniture orders may differ from standard website orders.
