Custom & Handmade Product Policy

At Kveer Wood, many of our products are handcrafted, carved, customized, or made to order. Each product may be individually created according to the customer's selected size, design, material, finish, and other requirements.

Because of the handmade nature of our products, certain variations and special conditions apply.

1. Handmade Product Variation

Our products are crafted using natural materials and handmade or carving processes. Therefore, minor variations may occur in:

• Wood grain

• Natural knots and texture

• Color and shade

• Carving depth

• Finish

• Surface texture

• Small measurement differences

These natural and handcrafted variations are generally not considered defects.

2. Customization

Depending on the product, customers may request customization such as:

• Product size

• Design

• Carving pattern

• Material

• Color

• Finish

• Name or text

• Other agreed specifications

Customization requests must be clearly communicated and confirmed before production begins.

3. Design Approval

For customized products, Kveer Wood may provide a design, preview, drawing, reference image, or other representation for confirmation where applicable.

Once the customer approves the design or specifications, production may begin.

Changes requested after approval or after production has started may not always be possible and may result in additional charges or production time.

4. Production Time

Custom and handmade products may require additional production time compared with standard ready-to-ship products.

The estimated production time may depend on:

• Size of the product

• Complexity of carving

• Customization requirements

• Quantity ordered

• Material availability

• Current production workload

The estimated production time will be communicated where applicable.

5. Custom Order Cancellation

Once customization, carving, manufacturing, or production has started, a custom order may not be eligible for cancellation.

If a cancellation request is made before production begins, Kveer Wood will review the request according to the order status and applicable cancellation conditions.

6. Returns & Refunds for Custom Products

Customized and made-to-order products are generally not eligible for return simply because the customer changes their mind or no longer requires the product.

However, if a customized product arrives damaged, is materially different from the confirmed specifications, or has a verified manufacturing/workmanship defect, the customer should contact Kveer Wood within 48 hours of delivery.

The issue will be reviewed and, where appropriate, Kveer Wood may provide a repair, replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution.

7. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information for customized orders, including:

• Size and dimensions

• Names and text

• Spelling

• Design references

• Images

• Colors

• Delivery address

• Other customization requirements

Kveer Wood is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information supplied or approved by the customer.

8. Natural Wood Characteristics

Wood is a natural material. Variations in grain, knots, texture, shade, and appearance are natural characteristics of wood.

These differences may make each piece unique and should not automatically be considered defects.

9. Color & Finish Variations

The actual color and finish of a product may vary slightly from the images displayed on the website due to:

• Natural wood variation

• Lighting conditions during photography
